Your photographs
This page belongs to the couple. Everything on it — the photographs, the videos, the comments and the guestbook — sits on one server as ordinary files, backed up once a night to encrypted storage in the European Union. Search engines are told not to index it, and nothing here is used for anything else.
If you want something taken down
If you are in a photograph, or you wrote something, and you would rather it were not here, ask the couple, or write to hello@kalkmancode.co.uk with the link. It is removed within seven days — sooner if it matters — and the couple is told.
How long it is kept
Five years from the wedding, unless the couple ask for it to go sooner. At the end of that time they can renew, take a full copy, or have it all deleted. Nothing is passed on or sold.
